Automated lines

WETRON supplies installations of robots of the automation of lines. Our tasks include completion of the electrical project, the programming and the execution of the assembly necessary for the incorporation of the robots and the operation.

We have carried out a number of installations in these areas:

· soldering lines
· printing lines

Automated soldering lines

Among the projects for installations for automatic soldering, to emphasize the successfully completed works of automated installations of soldering lines for resistence, of soldering stations for arc and of soldering machines for laser or plasma.

Automated printing lines

The installation projects completed include:

· One-way and dual-way lines.
· Discharge possible by discharge cells or interprensas.
· Parts turning with two robots in interprensas.
· Manual loading from control desk or by means of unstacking
  robot.
· Control of category 4 security
· Auto-change of claws.
